Meeting request privacy policy
This policy describes information collected through JR Fent’s meeting request form at jrfent.com and the optional meeting text-message program.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, meeting topic and message, and any company, mobile number or availability you choose to provide. We also store the submission time, form URL, browser information, a one-way identifier derived from your IP address for abuse prevention, and a record of your SMS consent choice and the wording presented.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate meetings, send an email receipt, maintain consent records, and protect the form against abuse. If you separately opt in, your mobile number may be used for meeting-related scheduling messages and reminders.
Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver the messaging service. We do not sell meeting-request information.
Service providers and protection
Hosting, email and messaging providers may process information as needed to provide these services. Meeting requests are stored in a private website database accessible to authorized administrators. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Text choices
SMS consent is voluntary and separate from submitting a meeting request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact us by email. Not opting in does not prevent you from requesting a meeting.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business and consent records, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact jrfent@mail.jrfent.com. We may retain records needed to honor opt-outs or comply with obligations.
